Correct Amperage

So I had some starting troubles this weekend. My car wouldn't turn over and battery wouldn't hold a charge. Turns out it was a bad fuel cell in my battery. I have replcaed the battery and the car is starting great. I first thought something was draining my battery so I got out the mulitmeter. With the meter set in series(amps), at a level of 10, I got a reading of .59 amps or 590 mA. (Please correct me if any of my terminology is wrong.) I did some research and pulled each fuse (next to the steering wheel) to see what was drawing the most power. It turns out the SID fuse was drawing .48 or 480 mA. What is the normal amperage draw for my 2001 Saab 9-5 Aero? Thanks.

Scott, thanks for the call. Sorry if I didn't do a great job of explaining my problem.
