Hi there. My name is Chris, and I just wanted to find some others in my general area who love Saabs as much as I do.

Currently own a 2000 9-3 Base for parts and have a flawless 2002 9-3 SE that is my current daily vehicle. Also had a 1987 9000 turbo in the past (first car), until I got T-boned a few years ago back in Washington state and it was totaled

Welcome! I think there are a couple people on the board over in the Orlando area near you in Saint Cloud. Post some pics of your 9-3.

Will do on those pics. Actually in the process of switching out the output speed sensor right now, so tommorow will take some decent pictures and upload.

Car is almost flawless in both the body and interior, and just rolled over 145k on the odometer last week.

Thanks for the welcome guys. Finally got around to taking some pics this evening after washing the car again.

Had a lovely scare over the weekend. The car started acting up, odd shifting, speed sensor error codes as well as some tranny solenoid codes that would appear/disappear at random. Luckily it turned out to be the electrical connection right next to the battery! It was plugged in, but not seated fully and would sometimes not make contact. I'm just glad I don't have to swap the tranny haha.

Now onto the Pics:

Nice OG9-3. Pretty common for the trans wiring harness to come apart, have seen three myself. The 2003 and 2004 9440 NG9-3 have a common problem of the battery acid leaking down on the trans harness causing all sort of DTCs and shift problems. Easy fixes are always the best.
